What do I get with Her Fashion Box?

Every Season, you’ll receive a beautifully packaged Her Fashion Box to your home or office! Inside will be on-trend fashion accessories tailored to your style profile, as well as a number of carefully selected beauty products or deluxe size samples from high-end, boutique and cult brands from around the world. Each season will be a different mix of beauty products, ranging from makeup, skincare, fragrances, body, hair, and nail. In addition to your fashion accessory and beauty products or samples, Her Fashion Box will bring you products, samples or offers from premium lifestyle brands that could include things such as gorgeous stationery, luxury candles, beauty or spa services, hair and make-up tools, gourmet food or wine tasters, cute home wares, online products, entertainment and more.

What is the cost of Her Fashion Box?

The price is AU$59.95 each quarter for the Fashion Box, there are no extra charges – it even includes packaging and shipping right to your door! We aim to bring our subscribers a high value premium box, full of additional value on top of your beautiful fashion accessories. Please note for International deliveries, we unfortunately cannot cover any excess costs (e.g. customs/import duties and/or taxes) once the box reaches your country of residence.

When do you process payment for Her Fashion Box?

Your initial payment is processed on the same day you join Her Fashion Box. You will get sent the box of the season which you make payment initially & each quarter thereafter. 

Once you receive your first box, your subscription payment will be taken out on the next quarter of the following seasonal box. You can update your billing details via logging into your account dashboard once subscribed. (Please email us at [email protected] if you have any enquiries!)

How is my Her Fashion Box sent?

For Australian subscribers, your box is sent each season through Australia Post eParcel, which is the premium, trackable offering from Australia Post. It will arrive between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding PO Boxes) so make sure you use the delivery address where you will be during this time. If you work full time, we recommend getting the package delivered to your work. We will also email you your tracking number once shipped.

For International subscribers, your box is sent each month through our preferred provider.

Can I track where my box is?

Australian subscribers will get a tracking number sent so you can track your package each month! As soon our warehouse despatches your box we will send you a tracking number automatically. 

Will you tell me what is coming in my Her Fashion Box?

The content of your Her Fashion Box is a real surprise and is suited to you personally wherever possible! Along with your fashion accessories, beauty and lifestyle products, you will also receive information on how to accessorise your outfits with the accessories and a trend report that it relates to. To keep a teaser of what type of products you will get and the brands, you can refer to our Instagram account to view our latest subscriber shots. We also do sneak peeks via our Snapchat account which is 'herfashionbox'. 

Is Her Fashion Box customised for me?

We have three style profiles – classic, feminine & trendy. It is important to fill out the Style Profile questions as we customise the boxes to fit your profile. Many samples/products are sent to everyone – these products are chosen carefully to ensure that they’ll work for a wide range of styles, skin types, and colourings. Other samples are chosen specifically for your skin and beauty needs and style.

What is your cancellation policy?

Memberships may be cancelled at any time on or before the next scheduled payment to ensure you are not charged and do not receive the box in the following month. You can cancel your subscription yourself via logging into your account dashboard. If you still need assistance, please contact our customer happiness team at [email protected] to cancel your subscription. We will then instruct you on the cancellation process & confirm cancellation for you. 

Gift subscription memberships can not be refunded.

Please note that cancellations will be confirmed via reply email within 72 hours (business hours).

Yes, we ship internationally calculated based on your country region on checkout.
